Every leather boot we carry is Goodyear-welted, which means a cobbler can take the sole off and put a new one on — twice, sometimes three times. A good boot should outlast the shop that sold it to you.
For sneakers we are just as picky. If the midsole crumbles in eighteen months, it does not make the range. We test every model on real feet for at least a season before it goes live.
