Questions, answered
Everything about delivery, returns, sizing and care. If the answer is not here, just ask us.
Shipping
Express delivery is free on orders over $150 and $9 below that. Orders placed before 3pm on a working day leave the same afternoon and typically arrive in two to four working days. Every parcel is tracked and the number is emailed to you as soon as the courier scans it.
Yes — we ship to most of Europe, North America, Australia, the UAE, Singapore and India. International orders take five to nine working days. Duties are calculated and shown at checkout for supported countries, so there is nothing to pay on arrival.
If the parcel has not been dispatched, email us and we will change it. Once it is with the courier you can usually redirect it yourself using the tracking link.
Scans sometimes go quiet in transit, particularly across borders. If nothing has moved for three working days, message us with your order number and we will chase the courier and, if needed, send a replacement pair.
Returns and refunds
Sixty days from delivery, postage paid by us. Try them on indoors as much as you like — walk around, stand in them, wear them for an evening. We only ask that they have not been worn outside and that you still have the box.
Use the link in your confirmation email, or send your order number to returns@100adz.com. We email a prepaid label back the same day. Drop the parcel at any collection point.
Within three working days of the parcel reaching our warehouse. It goes back to the original payment method — banks then take another day or two to show it.
Yes, and it is faster. Tell us the size you want when you start the return and we will reserve it rather than putting it back on sale. You are not charged again — we settle the difference either way if the price has changed.
Sizing and fit
Mostly, and where they do not we say so on the product page. Court styles and canvas high-tops tend to run a touch large — order half down. Trail runners run snug, so order half up if you wear thick socks. The size guide has the full conversion chart.
A few models come in D and 2E widths — it is listed in the specification tab where available. If you are between widths, tell us your usual size and we will advise.
Regular lines restock every few weeks. Numbered limited runs do not come back. Sign up to the newsletter and restocks are announced there first.
Authenticity and payment
Every pair is checked by hand against the maker's specification before it ships — stitching, box labels, insole stamps, the lot. We buy direct or through authorised distribution only. If anything about a pair you receive looks wrong, send it straight back at our cost.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay. Cash on delivery is available on orders under $300 in selected regions.
No. Card data goes straight to the payment processor and never touches our servers.
Looking after them
Warm water, a drop of washing-up liquid and a soft brush. Work in circles, wipe with a damp cloth, then let them dry away from direct heat. Never put leather in a washing machine — the glue does not survive it.
Keep them dry, brush the nap back up with a suede brush when it flattens, and re-proof with a spray every couple of months. Mud is easier to remove once it has dried — brush it off rather than washing it in.
When the tread is worn flat at the heel strike or you can see the welt stitching through the sole. Do it before it wears into the midsole and a cobbler can rebuild them for a fraction of a new pair.
Knit and canvas trainers, yes — cold wash, laces out, inside a pillowcase, air dry. Anything with leather, suede or a glued midsole should be cleaned by hand.
